1. Agreement and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase credits or enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
2. The Service
GoGoSpace is an AI-assisted visualisation tool. You may upload a photograph, sketch, or other image, select a style, provide instructions, generate an interior-design concept, refine a result, and download generated images.
AI output is illustrative and may be inaccurate, incomplete, impractical, or inconsistent with your actual space. The Service does not provide architectural, engineering, surveying, construction, safety, legal, or other professional advice. Generated images are not measured drawings or construction plans. Before purchasing, installing, or altering anything, consult an appropriately qualified professional and verify dimensions, structure, utilities, fire safety, building rules, permissions, and material suitability.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.
You may not sell, transfer, share, or make an account available to another person without our written permission. We may require reasonable verification before changing account details, processing a privacy request, or restoring access.
4. Your Content and AI Output
Your Content
“Your Content” means images, sketches, instructions, text, and other material you submit. You retain your rights in Your Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, adapt, and process Your Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the reliability of the Service, comply with law, and provide the generation or refinement you request. This licence includes allowing our contracted service providers to process Your Content for those purposes.
You confirm that you own Your Content or have all permissions needed to upload and process it. If an image shows another person, private premises, copyrighted work, trademark, confidential information, or personal data, you are responsible for obtaining any required consent.
AI Output
“Output” means images produced for you by the Service. As between you and GoGoSpace, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use your Output for personal or commercial purposes. We assign to you any rights we may have in your Output. You remain responsible for checking that your use is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights.
Because AI systems generate results statistically, Output may not be unique. Other users may receive the same or similar results, and we do not guarantee that Output is eligible for copyright, trademark, design, or other intellectual-property protection.
No GoGoSpace training on customer images
GoGoSpace does not use Your Content or Output to train its own AI models. To generate images, we send the relevant image and instructions to AI service providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- break any law, regulation, court order, or contractual duty;
- upload material you do not have the right to use, or violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or other rights;
- create or distribute abusive, exploitative, deceptive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful content, including any sexual content involving minors;
- impersonate another person, facilitate fraud, or misrepresent AI Output as a verified photograph, plan, approval, or professional recommendation;
- introduce malware, bypass access controls, probe or disrupt security, scrape the Service at scale, or overload our systems;
- reverse engineer or extract models, prompts, source code, or non-public components except where the law expressly permits it; or
- resell or provide the Service itself to third parties without our written permission.
We may use automated or manual measures to detect abuse, reject a request, remove content, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Service.
6. Credits, payments and refunds
GoGoSpace sells one-time credit packs in US dollars. Current prices and the number of credits included are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment details; GoGoSpace does not receive or store your complete card number.
- One generation or refinement normally costs one credit, as shown before you confirm the request.
- A credit is deducted when a generation job is created. If our system marks that job as failed after its retry process, the deducted credit is automatically restored.
- Purchased credits do not expire while the Service continues and your account remains open and in good standing.
- Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be used outside GoGoSpace.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, currency-conversion charges, or payment-provider charges not included at checkout.
Refunds
You may ask us to refund a wholly unused credit purchase within 14 days after purchase by contacting support from the purchasing email address. Once any credit from a pack has been used, the pack is generally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, credits not delivered, a material failure we cannot remedy, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take time to appear. If a payment is reversed or refunded, we may remove the related unused credits.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, branding, text, graphics, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to GoGoSpace and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service. No other rights are granted.
If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Generations may be delayed, rejected, or fail because of demand, maintenance, network conditions, model-provider limits, content-safety controls, or events outside our reasonable control.
We may add, change, or discontinue features and supported models. If we discontinue the paid Service entirely, we will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice and provide a reasonable way to use or seek a refund for remaining purchased credits, subject to law.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that Output will match your prompt, be unique, be suitable for construction, or be free of third-party claims.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoGoSpace and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data, arising from the Service or Output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to GoGoSpace during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) US$100.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through our contact page. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including those on ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, governing law, and disputes—will survive. Data is handled after termination as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of your usual place of residence.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, security needs, or business practices. We will post the updated version and change the effective date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable additional notice, such as an in-app or email notice. Your continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the Service.
